This is my life, don’t knock it.

I went to the gym today, also known as the instant replay to me because I seem to always fricken move in slow motion when I am there. What is it about age that deludes us into thinking we can still do the things we did when we were 15? Like remember when you’d work out and feel really energized and exhilarated?  . . . . … Well,  IT’S NOT LIKE THAT ANYMORE!!!!  My ass is not “as” perfect as it used to be, but the plan is too lift and separate, unless I die first. However I do have an amazing man in my life who is OBCESSED with working out, so now I am at the gym everyday, litterally every fricken day of my life (ok only two days so far, but trust me it feels longer . . . ) Monday I will be meeting with Chad a.k.a “the devil” for a personal training session. If I do not lose at least 7 pounds that day I’m out, however when I asked M (see:love of life) if I looked skinner yet the response I heard it ” it take time, and think. . . no pain no gain”. Maybe I will give Chad ( see: Lucifer) I am going to need icy hot, and a quesadilla after this week. Till then, Haley Girl
